Help Making a Nenio Romance Mod

As the title states, I need help making a romance mod for Nenio. I can do writing, have a general idea of how the her affections would progress, dialogue and such. The main issue I have is not knowing how the hell the coding would work. I tried looking up the way making mods work, but I feel overall confused. I don't know what information to trust for one, and I'm not all too familiar with the coding itself.

If anyone could help, either with doing the coding, or just pointing me in the right direction for the tools, I'd appreciate that.

Yeah, I wish I could help, but my knowledge is lacking. I'd totally download for one of my playthroughs though. I'm not even a furry, but I'd totally affectionately comb her tail after her character quest <3.

I was just talking to someone on reddit about this. If someone is actually interested talking to him and the guy that made the Relatioms and Romances mod is probably the best starting point.
