Paizo would first need to create a sequel AP to Kingmaker. And after that we'd need a studio willing do to an adaption of said sequel. Both instances about as unlikely as a snowball chance in hell. Especially since Owlcat doesn't have the rights to Kingmaker anymore.

ive heard they semi work with the old publisher again and therfore have acces to the game again, that doesnt mean they would uptade it tough.... while it would be a very nice gift for the fans, i guess they have better things to do?

Doesn't work that way. Owlcat would need to buy the rights to Kingmaker back in full from the old publisher. It's a purely monetary issue.
