they do stack and work with coragan smash and dreadful carnage

i havnt tested that but i think there is a strong chance it does work. however i dont think either Stigma Witch or oracle are strong candidates for intimidation without multi classing but could be functional as Dips for other builds. Stigma witch in particular has a awful BAB to utilized it, even with ranged weapons in which case only dreadful carnage would apply or so iv read.

that account feeds misinfo on the forums all day. He in particular feeds a narrative that witch is the strongest class in the game by a mile over everything without giving real reasons.
