amulet of agile fists when transformed
does your necklace equipment still work so that if i used a spell that transform me to a creature then the natural attacks would use the dex damage instead

yes
Basically, any piece of equipment that isn't armor, weapons, or shields will be active after you transform. I think the utility slot items may not be available depending on how you are transforming.

With something like the spell that transforms you into a jinn, I don't think the armor/weapons/shields are available either, but I never tested that. Off the top of my head I think they are supposed to be by Pathfinder rules but even if they are I don't think Owlcat wrote the code to allow for that.

I think the easiest way to verify is to check an animal companion. Anything that works on an animal companion will work on a polymorphed creature/person.

Hmm idk it seems like it would definitely work then on a mage that uses beast shape, etc spells?

I guess the sure way to check is make a low str as possible and highest dex character, and test the damage with and without the amulet when transformed

The amulet 100% works while transformed. I've used it in the past. Anything that you can equip on an animal companion works while transformed.
