Crest of the Fallen Knight decree

I'm really getting frustrated with this because I can't find any information anywhere to answer my question so I'm hoping someone can help here.

I've finished the first decree for this to get the belt. I had a belt looking item in my inventory but after I started the second degree for it the item is gone. The decree to "enchant" the item is still showing in my deck of decrees and says "this will take 5 days to complete" and it has no button. I have well over the resources it says it requires, and it's been well over 5 days and nothing has changed. I've looked all over the place to see if maybe I misplaced the belt item received from the first decree but it's nowhere to be found. Not in any chest, not in my inventory, not in any vendors inventory, nothing.

Please for the love of all that is holy can anyone help me understand wtf is going on with this?

Once the second decree is completed, the newly created item should appear in your inventory.

After you finish the Enchant decree go to events and select the version of the belt you want

I had the item Linds family belt in my inventory. It disappeared after I started the enchant decree and the decree is not progressing.

I've done all that. There isn't anything available left to do anywhere.
