Draco-lich?
Hey, so I'm playing a Lich path game and i'm thinking of going Dragon Disciple with my Sorceror. Does anyone know if when casting Dragon Form as an undead, you stay undead? Like are you a draco-lich or something? Similar question for the Druid's Animal Form ability I guess.
Also do liches get skeletal wings in thier base form? Like from Dragon Disciple or Assimar?

No to both. Closest would be the Microscopic Content Expansion mod and its added undead Ravaner dragon form at 20th level for the Dragonblood Shifter archetype.
