Are Demons the same than devils?

I have seen that Chelaxian Diabolist gives +4 AC against devils... Are those the same that demons as Minago or are different creatures?

Devils are lawful and are from Hell.

no, Devil's are Lawful Evil, and originate from hell, Demons are from the Abyss, and are Chaotic Evil. Think of Devils as the corpos of Cyberpunk, and Demons are the Scavs.

Yes Minagho is a devil.

And not a demon.

Minagho is a Lilitu[www.d20pfsrd.com]. With an U at the end, not an H. They are CE Medium Outsider with the Chaotic, Demon, Evil, Extraplanar and Shapechanger subtypes.

So no, Minagho is a demon. Not a devil.

Again, no. Children of direct pairings are half-fiends. While native Outsiders, they lack specific subtypes of their parents. For instance, a half-devil wouldn't count as a devil. Tieflings are at least one generation apart from half-fiends, usually more. Again, native Outsiders.

No, I am pretty sure it is not just that. He sometimes answers questions that were never asked and when he answers the question he is always wrong.
Like question, why elf cannot use Longsword when he should get racial proficiency, he will answer that elves as fey cannot wield metal, or that dwaves can only use weapons they themselves forged.
One thing I forgot to add was that he could also be just a troll.

The abyss is not a place like Dtrezen because Drezen is hell. You have to enter hell and then climb out of it to rest and then go back and forth.

mechanically, demon is a front liner, devil gets several at will crowd control spells and at will abilities, devil is unique in that part of the perks is that you get to keep aeon or azata abilities up to level 7.

while I persionally enjoy the devil mythic class it is a late game path and as such doesnt have the same level of depth as the demon mythic path.
