Does False Life HP bonus stack with Greater False Life HP bonus?
Title, curious if their bonuses add together or if it's just the bonus from Greater False Life.

(also, does anyone know if Lich's False Grace HP bonus stacks with this?)

They do stack.
The Lich one as well I think, but don't quote me on this one.

Lich's False Grace stacks as well, yes. As do their other vampiric touch like spells that give a similar effect; a Lich can stack just ridiculous temp hp bonuses.

If they are stacking, they shouldn't. You should only get the larger amount of temporary hit points.
