How do i kill deskari and baphomet for a second time?
i know that you can kill them, just don't know how, is it only exlusive for a mythic path ?

Are you asking how to get to the point where you fight them again? If so, it's a part of the secret ending which has a lot of prerequisites. I suggest you google it and follow a list because it's a bit long to write here (at least for me, maybe some other player has the patience to summarize it for you).

yeah, i know about the secret ending, just didn't know it was a part exlusive of that, well i am doing legend and if i remember correctly legend and devil can't do that ending right?

If I recall correctly, you can find out from Hepzamirah's ghost, that if the High Priestess of Baphomet or Deskari summons them, they MUST appear. Areelu currently qualifies as the High Priestess of both of them, so she can force them to appear by calling them, even when they don't want to answer the summons because, they're vulnerable to being permanently slain. You also have to meet a list of other conditions as well. But I don't think you can fight them a second time as a Legend.

True, one of the requirements of the secret ending is going all the way with the Mythic transformation. If you reject the power (=Legend path) it is blocked. I've never tried it with Devil but if you read somewhere that it also blocks the secret ending, it very well might be true. Swarm also.
