Grey Garrison Succubus, Question *spoilers*
When i did this on my Wizard i got the option to dispel the charm, and save some of the templars. This time though i get no such option on my Sorcerer, despite having a party member with dispel, what actually triggers this? does the MC have to have the dispel here? is it just a hidden arcana check? whats the deal?

Edit: so did a quick test having dispel doesn't trigger it, so i'm not sure how i got that option...

You have to recruit Remien and have his Desna priest acolytes following along with you. If you do, then you can pick the option, they will cast dispel magic.
