I'd put 2 lvl of paladin for divine grace and get a use of that extra cha and then either go for some mutation warrior or slayer lvls.
Monk at lvl 11 give you 2 extra attacks per round (3 when you spend ki) than anyone else so its up to you to boost that dmg with either power attack, pirana strike or some sneak attack dmg.
I typically use Ki Extra attack every time its his turn and the Ki Cold attack with it, its just compared to Lann, Woljit, Regill, Greybor, he hits a lot less harder.
EDIT: Pure unarmed
