screen jumping around

I am almost to the other city and have to go to a chapel or something. on the walk up I keep getting jumped by bad guys which is ok. What the problem is is that the screen is centered on my guys and the bad guys and whenever anyone attacks the screen jumps so that nothing is visible. I have tried rotating the screen but no go the screen keeps jumping so that my guys are no longer visible. Anyone else run into this?

Go to Settings, Under GAME towards the bottom under the Turn Based Options, turn off "LOCK CAMERA TO MOVING CHARACTER" and "MOVE CAMERA TO ACTING CHARACTER".
It improved my life, especially in the Chapel zone, so much. The various height levels of the terrain really screw up the camera.
