....how do you "talk to the prisoner." Where the hell is he?

Bonus points if you can help me to trigger the puzzle round the sacred pool.

Love this game, but the quests are often so frickin' vague as to how to complete the steps.

Upper left of the map sleeping chambers is where the prisoners are kept.

There's two books telling a story in the area, you need to activate the corresponding buttons around the pool in order.

The prisoner is in the northern bedroom.
