I am in the demons world. I know socothbenoth on some house roof but can’t find him 🥹

He's up on the rooftop near that slaver who sells aasimars (there's Athletics check for scaling the wall).

Middle City, between the flesh market and the entrance to lower city on a rooftop. I think you have to scale the wall from the flesh market side.
