guide for crusade events results

hi I just got to act three and looked at the crusade management. one of tabs is called events. the two events I currently have are "The Touched One" and "Intolerance". Each has several options. I tried to google them by name and crusade events to see what some of the results of the different options might be yet it seems there to be no one talking this feature. am I missing something?

Yea hover over the highlighted text in each option and right click to bring up what they do exactly in game. That's why nobody bothers posting online because you can see it in game.

I have over 400 hours in this game and I have never known this so don't feel too bad.
