"Tell Ramien that Hulrun is dead" bugged?

Hello,

I killed Hulrun in order to save a Desna Priest, but now the quest is stuck at this stage, and I can't find Ramien anywhere. Some threads I've found online suggested that he is invisible standing by the Church, but I've no scrolls left (nor spell learned yet) to see through invisibility. Also, one of the first encounters I had with Ramien was him executing someone, maybe Ramien himself?

Is the quest bugged beyond fixing? Do I miss anything if I carry on the game like this?

Is this after Tavern Defence? If yes then you saw Hurlun execute Ramien.

Yes, after Tavern Defence.
So... is the game broken now? I'm doing my first run.

You need to solve Ramian vs Hurlun (I think there is 3-4 ways to do it) before tavern defence or Hurlun kills Ramien, which solves the dilema.
Continue, it is not main quest anyway, so nothing is broken.
