Which mythic path has the most interesting story and interaction with the world/characters?
So, just finished my first play through as an Evil Lich. This was my fun, evil play through where I just killed everyone who disagreed with me and had a party of dead followers. I skipped a lot of side content as I wanted to just get a feel for the main story and know what to expect on my next play through.

So, I'm wondering if any of the mythic paths feels particularly pertinent to the main story, or involve a lot of extra dialogue/interaction with other characters. I'm probably only going to do one more play through so I want one that's memorable.

Azata! >:)

1. Your own chaos dragon companion, that grows (literally also) with you and is very OP . She has insanely funny (&chaotic but kind) personality and dialogues!

2. Several quest lines connected with her & the coolest battle in the game imo.

3. Your own army of crusaders from poets and liliputs to mimic chests !

4. Your own island floating in the sky and many events there based on your choices!

5. You can alter several different places in the world to green & lively & very cozy

This was my 1st playthrough by accident and i'm very happy that it was the one.
Going for trickster now, then demon, then lich.

Angel is probably integrated best into the story.
Azata gets a special companion with tons of new dialogue.

Aeon will provide you with some great Twists and differences in Details for the Story aswell.

Azata is a ton of fun.

I've heard Demon gets a lot of interesting reactions from other characters for obvious reasons.

Devil and Demon are both pretty wacky, similar to Lich and Swarm in that you're ... basically the most evil beings in the multiverse waging war against the Abyss because it's fun. Devil in particular is convoluted, as you might expect. Swarm is hard because everyone will leave you. As they should.

Aeon feels like a bit of a let down. It's supposed to let you see things others can't, to investigate and analyze others' innermost secrets. But... it doesn't really reveal anything that you don't already know if this isn't your first time playing a video game.

Trickster, the ultimate " for the lolz" path.

Oh, Azata companion actually has dialogue? One of the disappointing things about the undead companions is they have zero dialogue after you first get them, made my camp fire meetings very lonely heh.

Yes she has dialogue.

Lots and lots of dialogue

Anywhere and at any time

If you want it or not.

Not only dialogue. Not even several dialogues. Since the beginning of the Act 3 and till the very end of the game including epilogue - she's with you everywhere.
She participates in VERY many dialogues, quests, comments your choices sometimes.

Despite your will also, as Ixal wrote :D
She is family and we love her :C

More than that - there is a quest line for her, like for your other Companions. Smaller but insanely action packed.

I was insanely surprised how well written the whole Azata path is, because it looks like a game was written for it. It is very detailed and fits very well.

Very very nice work from developers, whoever was responsible for Azata!

She does, and it's along the lines of what you would expect a young good aligned dragon, that knows when they grow up will be a powerful creature but right now is content being your bff, having fun, kicking demon ass, and eating cookies.

Also she'll interact with your companions in dialogue as well, and gets along well with Ember and Seelah (which shouldn't be surprising) and can't stand Regil (to the point she asks you to straight up get rid of him)
