"Till Death Do Us Part" bugged?

Don't think this is really a spoiler but in Act 3 I have a quest to go to a jewlery store and buy something with her for one of her friends. The store is supposed to be by the Tavern and Inn (the one with the Gold Golem I think?) but Seelah isn't there or anywhere else in Drezen now. What's up with that? I'm pretty sure I'm in the right place.

Did you chat with her in the audience chambers first? I think that's what kicks it off

Yes. That's why I went there and got started on the quest in the first place.

Anyways, I left the city, skipped a few days and then came back and it fired. Playing this game is like Russian Roulette. I'm always worried that the next loading screen or quest will bug out on me.

Have you tried to change the time of day? I know Sesiel guys' quest in act 3 is locked after midnight. Maybe try to pass the time to mid-day? Cannot confirm whether it will work tho.

Yeah I got it but thanks. Those time sensitive quests should just say if they're time sensitive. I don't know if that's what happened here or if something just got looped but it was annoying even though I got through it.
