Is there a time limit?
I took Drezen, is there a time limit like in Kingmaker that if you don't do certain quests quick enough you get a game over?

I know about the war mechanics and needing to keep Drezen, but are there any time limits besides keeping the banners green and morale high?

For most of chapter 3 there is no time limit at all. There are a lot of quests that need to be completed at some point during the chapter to avoid failing them, but you can take as much time as you like to do them.

There is one caveat though--Two of the crusade banners that make morale growth positive remain green for a limited time only. You can reset the timers on them by winning battles with demons/capturing forts, but the one for capturing forts will eventually turn, and remain red, indefinitely because you will run out of forts to capture. From that point on, morale will steadily decline through the rest of the Act, though you can issue edits to mitigate this somewhat.

Once morale hits -100, you won't be able to recruit any new units. If you already have a ton of units/are going lich, then this isn't a big deal. Otherwise, you should complete the rest of the Act ASAP to avoid a war of attrition with invading demon armies.

Most quests require you to do them before the end of the chapter. There's an icon for it, a red circle with a hourglass. So there's no hard time limit, so long as you finish the chapter last.

That said I've been told there's a hard time limit to get the secret ending.

There is a time limit for the best ending, although it's fairly generous. The only other time limit I'm aware of is the attack in chapter 1, which triggers after your 3rd rest.

To my knowledge. Not really except for the morale thing.

This.
I'm at the end of act 5, before the endgame part, and i'm a full year behind the date required for the best ending. Aside from that some quests have "time" in mind, meaning that if you do certain things before others, and lets leave it at that because spoilers i guess. The game tells you pretty clearly when that's the case and if i recall correctly it doesn't happen until act 5.
