How can I remove a negative level debuff?

I got this on my main character after fight wrights. My healer tried using lesser restoration but it didn't work.

or sleep most of them are not permanent. Like 24 hrs or something like that.

Time loss. You get less rewards, when you need too long. Aside of that there should be no consequences.
