Where in Drezen is Halaseliax?

Just accepted the golden dragon path and Hal said he would be waiting in Drezen after the battle. I can't find him anywhere any help would be appreciated to continue the path.

He's right next to the citadel entrance, in the courtyard.

I havent been able to find him and he is not showing up on my map either. From what i have read i should have been able to begin the quest to gain the dragon from as soon as the chapter began.

I'm not able to find him either; don't even have the quest saying I should talk to Halaseliax, so been stuck at mythic level 8 dragon.

So for me, It worked like this.

1. During the second assault, he offered me the GD Path after the attack finished. Told me to meet him later.

2. I finished assault, he was in the courtyard, right to the right. I went to him, said, "Hi, Buddy!" He offered me a quest.

3. I took a Hike to Kenbras, and he was sitting in the Market Square along with some buddies. He offered me a quest to help 3 people.

4. I helped this idiotic, people, (this is the best quest you could come up with Owl?) Couldnt I just help someone being attacked? Or heal a Dieing person? OOrrr even, Just did something like Hal would have done? Anyways, I digress.

5. After I helped these people, I can officially, turn into a dragon. Yay! (Even though the GD form can be easily dispelled, in combat. This totally ruined my immersion, and i stopped playing here, lol.

That stings. But at least you can roll back to beginning of chapter 5 and choose a different mythic path or Legend, if you kept a save for that moment.
