if you unlock Aeon mystic path at the wardstone, are you stuck with Aeon?

im trying to get Azata. what do i need to get Azata ? i saved the dezna priests and their gifts. i had no Azata option at the wardstone though.

It is intended. You need to fullfill certain requirements for a path, for example solving certain quests.

When you sing the song in the church after saving the Desna guys
did you save the bard girl and the invisible guy?

if you save those other desna people it should be fine.
read the wiki and see if you did everything

No, you are not stuck with Aeon (or any other path). Later on you can decide for other pathes.
I did not change up to now, but for example, some other players had chosen Azata, got the dragon, then changed to swarm and had the dragon killed. . So you can definitely switch.

NO, you unlock it by saving Desna priests, talking to them in destroyed church and then taking piece of Elyssium with you in book event.
If you do this Azata stays unlocked, no matter what you do otherwise.
You then choose Mythic path at Mythic Rank 3, which is at the end of act 2.

No, you are not stuck with Aeon (or any other path). Later on you can decide for other pathes.

but you do have to do the requirements or you dont get the option.

i saved the bard girl and the other guy, then sat with them at the church. they sang a song and i talked to the guys there . im at the siege of the fort now, at the wardstone and the option to select Azata is missing though. im confused

Should be fine then. if you dont choose Aeon at the crystal it locks you out of the Aeon path is all.
