Crusade (Lich) Bug--Pillars of Skulls calling for nothing?

I'm in chapter 3, and so far I've completed: (1) finding crystal to get mythic part 4 (2) Testing defenses to get Ciar undead companion (3) warring skeletons within Citadel

Sometime afterward, I get an event card that says the pillars of skulls has called me, and that treachery of some kind is afoot. However, when I go to speak to the pillar of skulls, it has nothing to say. Is this a bugged quest? Is the card just and FYI of some kind? Perhaps the card came early and the quest is really for chapter 4?

I had the same. I believe it be related to Ciar. I also had completed the quest to get him before I received the call. That said, it doesn't prevent you from continuing, and has no impact on gameplay if you did

Ciar could've been a Companion? Wow. I'm missing so much of this game while simultaneously looking under every rock for information. lol

While I can't confirm it's related to Ciar I just wanted to add that I recently got this card after doing the event with Ciar. I believe it's just a resolution (possibly misplaced) card and no action is required.
