Devils are all about being lawful in Pathfinder (evil lawful and its no laws written by man, but still), i would imagine that they hate/oppose Demons since they are instead chaotic.
So i find it somewhat doubtful that they would sell your soldiers souls to the demons.
You have to be on the Aeon path for Melies to appear. He also shows up in the Azata path, but in a different form.
I am AEON path
Devils and Demons have been at war since the beginning of time, thats what devils were created to do. It's just they got wise to being used and rebelled against the celestials, that created them.
They do not like demons what so ever, it has less to do with alignment and more to do with an inborn hatred.
Devils and demons are actually at war with each other. It's called the Blood War.
A good way to describe the two groups is is that devils want to control everything and demons want to destroy everything.
Devils hate demons because they are destroying their toys and demons want to destroy devils just as much as they want to destroy mortals.
I just can't anymore.
So wait, you're saying this is a bad thing? I don't get it...
In RL, I sold my soul at a crossroads so I could become an epic musician. No problems so far...
:p :P
And why not? What should you care about in the After Life anyway XD
Any way, I don't care anymore. I learned that Camellia leaves the Aeon, so I went the Devil path wholeheartedly.
