PD: works at all levels
A cleric with the Liberation domain gets an ability called "freedoms call" at level 8. This ability creates a 30 ft diameter aura of immunity to confusion, frightened, paralyzed, slow, shaken, and staggered conditions. It lasts a number of rounds equal to cleric level (or the class that gave the domain). It says it just suppresses the condition, which it does if you use it after the confusion has been applied. But for me, if I have the ability up before the enemy tries to confuse my characters, it prevents the confusion entirely - meaning they aren't confused upon leaving the aura. No dice rolls required.
You can get this with Sosiel or another cleric who didn't take this domain at level 1 by choosing the "Impossible Domain" mythic ability. Pairs nicely with "Domain Zealot" so you can activate it as a free action, protecting/suppressing the de-buff for your whole party, and still have your full round action.
I hope this is helpful to someone out there, though it's an old post.
