Quest: Twenty-one ceremonial daggers Bugged?

For the quest "Twenty-one ceremonial daggers", there is one dagger (Orren the Bear) which is only obtainable after the ritual starts. (Drops from Skeleton encounter after ritual during "A Spring Run Dry" quest, see a list of 21 daggers in the post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Pathfinder_Kingmaker/comments/pisjil/ceremonial_daggers/) However, this quest automatically failed after I talked to Eliandra to start the ritual. Did this quest bugged after some updates?

I finished it like 2 days ago - it worked fine then - but maybe the latest update did something

Thanks for your reply. In the reddit post, another person also addressed the same issue like 8 hours ago. So I guess probably the latest update caused this issue

Just ran in the same issue 5 minutes ago.

I have 20 daggers and the quest fails if I go further in the story to get the last one.

I have no other quest/things to do at that point so I guess I'll just have to wait until they patch this issue.

I read on reddit that toy box from nexusmod can solve the issue by reseting the quest right after its canceled.

But will that impact save and achievements ?

I've created topic about this quest before any patches and it was fine, I just failed to find last one dagger on the bed. At least it wasn't failed after ritual start for sure. So definitely a bug introduced with patches.

Thanks for the replies! It seems to be a bug then. Hopefully it could be fixed in the next patches or two

I have a different bug with the quest: I have all 21, but the quest isn't completed, and just says 'they have fallen in the hands of undeads'.

If you are stuck in the progression and have nothing to do till they patch it, download toybox on nexus mod. There is an option to complete specific quest.

I know it's not ideal but its better than just waiting days or maybe weeks for a patch on a very secondary quest.

Yeah, it gets marked as fail when initiating the ritual. Really don't feel like continuing playing till they fix it

My problem is that I never got the quest in the first place :)

I found a lot of daggers, but never had a quest for them. I thought I had searched all of Pulura Falls, but maybe I missed a NPC or failed a dialogue?

NPC in the library gives this quest after you find some daggers. You asking her what can she tell about these daggers and quest starts.

I have a question about this quest. Is it accessible in act 2 ? Because i didn't find the place until act 5 with the quest "cascade of fire" where you rescue the people from mutafasen and his demons. The problem is that after you rescue them they all leave the temple including nidalav, and talking to her doesn't give the quest.

I was able to finish it yesterday, you must complete the ritual first and then start the dagger quest afterwards to prevent auto fail
