Is the Skald inspire rage ability broken?

I just respecced Seelah to skald and gave her the lethal stance and beast totem rage powers. But it doesn’t seem like those powers are being applied to my other party members when she does inspire rage.

Any idea why this could be happening?

they are, just the tooltip UI is not telling you, i have the same issue. But if you check the combat log for to hit chance, it will be in that. and if you turn of beast totem your ac will act accordinly just the tool tip wont say why.

So weird…I tried counting up my BAB on my character sheets and it still seems like it’s not applying. I have no idea what’s going on lol.

its broken yes

neoseeker guide says about skald Seelah:

Skalds are bugged at the moment (you'll notice upon saving or loading the base song is given out but ever Rage power attached is not, including Skald itself), so you may want to hold off using this build for now.

If they're wielding weapons they won't get the claw attacks, but they should be getting the damage bonus.

Broken.........well i'm not sure if it is, but the broken list is pretty damn long.

I can't seem to get the combat feats to work with the skald.
Is this the bug you are talking about?

It’s the rage powers, like lethal stance, beast totem, etc

yes it's broken
for me not only the rage powers but also the built in stat buff for inspire rage song (melee ab, melee dmg increase, will save increase) are not applied.
