Master Shapeshifter doesn't work on Aspect of the Wolf

Master Shapeshifter
You learned to use any shapes to the utmost.

Benefit: Whenever you are become the target of a polymorph effect, all the physical ability scores adjustments are modified by +4. Additionally, if you have the Wild Shape ability, you can use it any number of times per day.

Aspect of the Wolf which give +4 enhancement bonus to Strength and Dexterity, has polymorph key word, so I thought it should be increased by Master Shapeshifter. (+8 enhancement bonus to str and dex instead )

But it's not work.

Is it a bug or do I miss something?

It's a good question. Seems like it applies only for abilities which really change your form. I've tested on druid forms and beaskin berserker's ferral transformations in rage mode. Both have stats boost, but none of Aspect transformations gave it too me.
Persanaly, I think it's how the skill suppost to work, but the description is lacking, so you can create a bug repport of this and ask to either change deskription of Master Shapeshifter, or remove Polymorph keyword from Aspects
