Demongraft buff is it worth it?

So anyone who gotten in act 4 probably already know what im talking about is this buff worth it on lets say my rogue claw build?

It's a buff that is good on any build pretty much short of maybe a buff bot. The downside is also manageable. I'm not sure if they fixed the out of combat part of the downside.

My opinion is just based on what i seen for stats, i havent used it cuz i only played good characters so far.

I don't think so, not via the story anyways... well you can if you install toybox mod, really helpful little mod for alot of things. I'd recommend maybe saving before and picking a fight with alot of the demon packs around town or the gladiator ring to test it.
