Low fps on mac

Hey, I just bought wotr and I was impatient to play it... problem? I don't have my windows with me, and am forced to use my mac (ver 11.6). The game has incredible low fps, even when I play on the lowest graphic setting, and I was wondering if it was the processor itself (1.7 GHz Intel Core i7), or something else that i might be able to fix...

Hello which Mac do you have? It seems that the game is far from being optimized , kingmaker was running quite good on average settings on my 2013 iMac now it’s only playable in windowed mode , low res , no fancy settings…

Well i didn't have big problem with kingmaker either, but wotr seems to differ a lot. I manage to have a somewhat normal fps count with putting the resolution of my screen to the min, but it's not ideal. (btw dunno the age of my mac, got it in 2015-2016 i think?)
