[BUG] Thanatotic Titan's Minor Rune 1st slot issue

hi

i found 3 from 4 slots for Thanatotic Titan's Minor Rune, but my companions are unable to find 1st slot. i know where it is but i cant interact with it

They probably failed the perception check, and the game won't let them retry till they level up.

If you failed the initial Religion check then you will never be able to use it.

well, i dont recall using skill check there but really?? it wont be reset?

I just ran into this on the third slot. I went back after raising a level and was not given the chance to retry the check. I consider it a bug.

Similar problem. I made a point of saving before each slot, making sure I passed the religion check and saved, and the 3rd damned one is now grayed out making the quest incompletable. I literally made a point of doing this first thing into the city so I could not miss it. I'm just going to use a cheat to spawn in the items I would have gotten.
