Camellia (Shaman) is losing spells randomly

She constantly loses her Spells for the 5th and 6th Level. Almost after every rest, it’s really annoying,
(she’s at level 12 atm)

Sometimes even the fields for the spells to put in don’t appear in the Menu…

Or is there a explanation for this.

My merc Shaman is having a similar issue, and it only affects spells granted through Wandering Spirit. I think that when you rest or reload or something... the Wandering Spirit gets "reset" and that takes out any memorized spells it granted. Might be worth a bug report but I'm too busy reporting dozens of other more critical bugs, lol.

It might be your ability stat? Have u buffed it with a spell? You need 15 for lv 5 spells, 16 for lv 6 spells and so on. When resting ur buff might wear off. Happened to me too and took me a while to figure it out.

Yeah i noticed that too with almost all my companions they seem to lose the spell slots randomly not sure what's causing it

"To prepare or cast a spell, a shaman must have a Wisdom score equal to at least 10 + the spell’s level." https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/hybrid-classes/shaman/ (this is true for other caster classes as well, just with their respective main casting ability)
When you use buffs like Owl's Wisdom, you can get access to spells from higher tiers which disappear, when the buff wears off.

Yeah it could be attribute damage or level drain. Try ticking the 'remove negative effects on rest' option in difficulty and resting and see if that fixes it.

You were absolutely right, it’s not a Bug it’s a Feature! I was in the wrong here

Because of Abyss she had 14 Wisdom instead of 16, so she couldn’t use the spells.
