What is the max level you can reach? What is the level cap in this game?

20 by default. The MC can get to 40 depending on a choice towards the end of the game.

Another question i keep hearing about dinosaur bones. For what are they useful?

Yes, you get all the perks of 20 extra levels at the expense of losing your current mythic powers afaik.

Dinosaur bones are for the legendary proportion spell, a very powerful version of the enlarge spells.

Ok thank you all. I just wanted to know how many feats I still have to budget what I get and not be surprised when I run out of levels.
