Echo of Fury Arena
Currently still doing my first play-through (Overwhelming Sorcerer | Azata | Normal Difficulty).

I reached the point where I got taken to Echo of Fury Arena (A Dance of Masks DLC) and managed to got stuck to 3rd Round 2nd Fight with Wild Hunt Monarch fight.

How are you supposed to beat him? I was able to "take out" other archers / other enemies, but they just lay on the floor with like -300 HP and refuse to die (Redcap has vulnarability to Cold & Cold Weapons, but still cannot kill him).

When I finally focus on the Wild Hunt Monarch transforms is some kind of massive Sun enemy and 4 demonic enemies spawn. Despite the party (Arueshalae, Ember, Daeran, Nenio & Seelah | Aivu & Bismuth) being at full HP, thanks to Seelah, Daeran & Ember. But those Demons & Sun just delete my companions, despite massive Healing from Daeran.

I even tried pre-spawning a bunch of Earth Elementals to take on aggro and quickly move party away in RTwP from center area, which kinda worked, but still got destroyed after a while lol.

What is intended approach for dealing with this Boss? All enemies are immune to mindaffecting effect (Phantasmal Killer & Weird) and movement hinder AoE effects. The most viable seems to be Chain Lightning Spell and maybe other AoE Damage. Am I missing something obvious?

Edit. Back in Kingmaker, Stinking Cloud trivialized the Wild Hunt fights. It might still work.

delay poison, communal to protect your party vs your stinking cloud, could be a good way. I have not bought the dlc so do not know this fight but often tough fights can be overcame with using your resources like buffs and CC. Do something like use Ember, Daeran and Neino to CC everything, use Seelah, Arue and yourself to nuke the monarch.

If you can't win a fight by attrition, you need to win by killing faster or CC.

There is some kind of bs going on with this fight. All my guys have true seeing, yet they miss 90% of their attacks (should be 50% if I didn't have, but you know...) and my displacement and mirror images don't mean anything to them. The archers are unaffected by repel the profane even though it ignores immunities (the game doesn't inform of any attempt to resist) and tsunami too. All ankous succeed every saving throw taking zero damage from mythic caustic eruption...
Selective sirocco, storm of justice and stormbolts worked well.
