Current State of natural attacks stacking?
I found very confusing information about what (if anything) in terms of natural attacks stack with each other online - there seems to have been (multiple?) changes since launch, but precious little documentation...

Which natural attacks stack? Can you make i.e. multiple bites if you have multiple sources of bite attacks? Can you use one bite, 2 claws and 1 gore as per tabletop rules? How does the game decide which natural attack it uses if you have multiple (i.e. multiple bites)?

What does the demon path ability to make all natural attacks primary attacks .. eh.. really do for those?

No stacking. You can only have the ones assigned by the number of limbs you have. This is different per "shape". So no you cannot have more than one bite.

You can use different types if your shape allows it. You can have gore, bite and claw attacks. This is why demon mythic hero is a popular choice since it grants a magic gore attack. This attack works regardless of your shape.

Other shapes may give different limb attacks such as dragon shape giving a tail and two wing attacks.

However Shifter class allows iterative attacks on any type of natural attack. Also there's a mask of rapid bites which gives another bite if the previous one was successful.

So that means in regular humanoid form you can have up to one gore, one bite and 2 claw attacks (i.e. taking Close to the Abyss for Gore, lesser Beast Totem for Claws and i.e. Motherless Tiefling for a bite)?

And that is in addition to all weapon attacks? Or are they replacing weapon swings? Is that the difference between primary and secondary natural attacks?

Then why would that passive demon power "Deadly Natural Weapons" to upgrade naturals attacks to primary attacks be.. a benefit? Still confused what that part actually does... /:

Claw attacks utilize your weapon holding hands, so you cannot replace limbs to use more than one type of attacks. But you can use weapon attacks and bite and gore in conjunction. If you want to use claw attacks you cannot hold a weapon as well.

Primary and secondary natural attacks are something completely different. Most shapes use their natural attack as primary. Meaning full ab and damage. Secondary natural attacks have -5 ab and .5 str to damage. Magic gore is a primary attack. I "think" motherless bite is secondary. If you have a lot of secondary natural attacks then turning them into primaries is a big buff. If all of them are primary already then there's no point. However shifter class ability that grants iterative attacks to a single limb turns all other natural attacks into secondary so the demon ability would prevent that.

For that matter, Gold Dragon from the Mythic Path has 6, 2 Claws, 1 Bite, 2 Wing slams and a tail slap.

This reminds me of the silly bug in Kingmaker where transforming wouldn't properly remove them... i ended up doing 60 bite attacks per round. Took chewing through enemies a bit to literally.

Of note is the Bloodrager with Serpentine bloodline: that one grants a hydra polymorph with 5 heads, each delivering its own bite attack. That is the sole way of 'stackable' bites remaining in WotR (without items). The Sorcerer bloodline of the same name trades the five-headed hydra for a one-headed naga form.

Another fun natural attack available to the player is the Child of Manticore's throwing spikes. The only ranged natural weapon in the entire game. Every other natural weapon is purely melee.
