Raging brutality with Skald song?

I picked the Raging brutality on my skald, it doesn't seem to do anything though, does it not work with incite rage?

It says you have to use a swift action while raging but I have no way to activate raging brutality on the interface like I can activate other abilities, and when I look at the damage of either my skald or other characters there is no raging brutality damage mentioned anywhere.

Never picked this ability on a Skald so can't say for sure. But from reading the description I think it only activates on a raging character and you need power attack on that character as well. I think it also expends rage so this would never work on a character that doesn't actually have rage themselves. But it should work on the Skald. Again just from reading the description. I have no personal experience picking this on a Skald.

Yeah it probably just doesn't work on skalds, It didn't work for either the skald itself nor any other characters. I imagine you have to activate it like range stances but I have no way to activate it.
