Does the Treasure of the Midnight Isles have Mythic Paths?

I'm thinking of buying it, i just didn't understand, in all videos i've watched, if i can have acess to mythic paths (Demon, Swarm, Lich, etc).

Also, what is the max level you can reach in it?

No. There's no DLC that adds mythic paths. All paths are in the base game.

Treasures of the Midnight isles is more of a dungeon crawler style areas with a story. You can access it during Act 3, Act 4 and Act 5 of the main game.

You have access to the mythic paths in the standalone version of the Treasure of the Midnight Isles DLC. The level cap is the same as in the main campaign: 20th level (or 40th level via Legend).

Yes. Again, you have access to all mythic paths. The separate campaign is a endless dungeon type of DLC where you can go wild with testing all kinds of builds and mythic paths combinations out.
