Ciar and the weapon of Gorum
I'm at the end of the quest Vengeance of Sarkoris, where i tell Ciar, that Morweg died.
Does it have any future impact if i hand him the Fang of Malice or not?
I play the Azata path and feel tempted to sell the sword and not give it to him.

Selling the sword: Money, unhappy Ciar

Giving him the sword: No money, happy Ciar, he helps you later in A6. Though help is a... stretch. More a flavor thing than any actually useful assistance.

Keeping the sword: Unlocks Decrees and empowers your troops (might be marked as an [Evil] decree decision). Unhappy Ciar

I believe you can have your cake and eat it too if you (a) worship Gorum and (b) pass a diplomacy check.

You can lie and say you dont have the sword, requires a persuasion check i think as mentioned above.

I am just playing through right now. I gave Ciar the sword, but I still have the option to run the decree to Lower pretty much all units AC in exchange for 10% damage and +2 to hit.
