Middlegame Quest Stuck. No Logistic XP missions

So I posted this over in the Crusade forum, but, that apparently gets zero traffic so, reposting here in hopes of getting some eyes on it.

So, I'm ready to attack the Fane, the queen is literally standing in my war room for over a month in-game now, waiting for me to click on her and start the final fight, but I've been doing the campaign stuff to try and finish Middlegame. I've got all my stats up to 5, except Logistics. I am stuck at right around 2500 xp short of the 320000 needed to trigger the level 5 event, and NOTHING is bringing up Logistic xp as a reward.

Did I just get really unlucky when picking various event results, and never picked one that opened up a logistic repeatable event for xp? Is it just entirely up to the random events and I've just been unlucky? I've literally got nothing else to do at this point other than click Skip Day, and build various relics, and fight off the random Gangs that spawn to attack my forts. It's fairly dull at this point, but I can't stand the idea of failing this fairly important seeming quest, simply because of crappy RNG on events.

Any advice tips?

Huh, weird, 'cause I was building stuff and it didn't seem to go up. Though shortly after posting this, I somehow got the missing XP needed to do that event. It's weird, twice now I've posted about something in the mechanics and if I've missed out, only to have it show up in like 30 minutes of the posting. xD

You get the xp after the building is completed. You also get a lot of xp when you upgrade your settlements to forts.

Well despite having like 8+ settlements that I fully built 4/4 structures in, I don't seem to get anymore "Upgrade to Fort" events. I think it let me do it like 3-4 times, since then, I've just been sitting with maxed out little villages, and no way to further expand them.

Do you know why, even after getting all crusade stats to 5 (which is the only metric anything online said I needed to accomplish to pass the quest), I still failed it upon finishing Act 3?

So as of right now, it's just a known thing that you can't finish that quest at all? It's just totally broken?

i'm not sure, i just remember some people complained about the same issue starting around two patches ago, i personally haven't done that quest in a newer version of the game to confirm it myself

bleh....well screw it, I'm not bothering to reload or anything about it. broken quest can just piss off IMO

my milltary rank is stuck at 1. Doesnt matter what I do. Does this quest fail if I move to ACT 4 without getting all my ranks upto 5?

Well from what I've seen, it still fails even if you DO get all the ranks up to 5, so yes, it will definitely fail if you are stuck at 1.
