What "Wand Mastery" is doing exactly?

It’s supposed to use the wielder’s casting stat to calculate the DC for spells cast from wands (instead of using the minimum DC). In theory it’s supposed to make attack spells from wands actually useable, but you’ll still have to contend with the minimum caster level (and correspondingly lowest possible damage die and/or spell penetration), and that’s if you’re able to find decent attack wands and have a highish casting stat.

If you’ve invested in use magic item it can open up casting spells from other classes though.

It is one of the magus arcana feats you can choose. So long I ingnored it, but I will now try it out. You can get a couple of fireball, acid arrow stuff.

Its not really good. To be more precise its viable only very early. Too many enemies have resistances. You need specific builds to bypass them. Its far easier and profitable to just wack them with weapons. And for that other arcanas are much more usefull. Its more for tabletop game.
