Sounds about right, but the Inciter gets attacked and nothing happens...
Issue is maybe (didnt try it on Skald) that it is a free action that you have to activate to get it.
Barb/Bloodrager have it on their bar and you can automate it like rage itself. I assume, as it is technically not part of the skald itself it won't be there til you start the song and then you have to find it and activate it?
Anyway: Yeah it allows as many AoO as you can do, could counterattack a dozen attacks if you have the AoO to spare.
It is probably a Skald issue, it is being shown as toggle ability, I've tried toggling it before starting inspire rage and after starting inspire rage, even tried toggling it on and off during a turn (as it is free action), but neither seem to work. I'm getting totem and stances bonuses without issue, it's just this one, which I couldn't get to work.
Shame, it would be awesome to get AOO on every enemy attack through inspired rage for the whole party.
Both, no luck.
I've tested it further and only way to get it to work (for the Skald) was to dip into Barbarian and use Rage instead of inspired Rage, come and get me started to work. (But terrible for the build) So there is probably some condition set only for Rage/Bloodrage and Inspired Rage is not included.
