New spells not available in TMI?

I noticed today that the new skald spells aren't available in the Treasures DLC... Anyone know if this is a bug?

Everything is available in TMI dlc standalone - from Dance of Masks items and spells to Inevitable Excess items. Literally full game + dlc loot table (as long as you farm enough runs to collect everything).

Game on launch checks if you have DLCs unlocked. Try to not skip any AD cinematics on launch - just wait until the game full loads into menu by itself. For some people it works, personally never had any problems with dlc items/spells.

All of the items/classes/feats are there from what I can see. It's just the spells.
What could be causing it?

I wonder if my save file's just corrupted or something. Thank you for taking the time to check on this, Deo, it's appreciated.

Deo, have you confirmed that they're actually learnable, and not just showing up on the character creator window? I have the same thing, but the spells (and some others) do not show up when it's actually time to choose them.
