Level up screen completely blank?
I have toybox, npc portraits, and modded achievements mods installed.

try pressing enter on the black screen, or spacebar. Sometimes solves it for me.

Alt+TAB and wait a bit. Then try to tab back. Helped me with black screen on rest.
The game is in pretty sorry state after two-part big patch, performance-wise included.

Get rid of the modded achievements mod, that's been obsolete for a long time with toybox doing the same thing.

Same thing happened to me it was because toybox needed to be updated.
