So basically, you dont do anything special, just let the bear full attack and it happens.
That said, looking at your image:
Looks like at 7th level you get that "grabber" ability as part of your claw attack. I would assume "grabber" is a free grapple check as part of your attack. Not unlike how wolves have "trip" as part of their bite attack.
In the PC game, you can't just do most combat maneuvers, you need the feat (or a special rule that triggers them for free, like grabber).
If the pen & paper is any basis, the grapple feat should require improved unarmed strike and dex 13. As far as I know, there is no such feat. You can use the in-game search to see what feats are available even if you don't meet the requirements.
