Can't complete leveling up or leveling up mythic paths

I have been unable to level up my character normally since level 17 or so. When I try to level up my main character (and only my main character), I can select everything as normal, but when I get to the end screen where it has a summary of what I selected, it's blank, and then when I hit next at the bottom it doesn't exit out.

If I close out with the x in the top right the level up works as intended, but if I keep clicking next I keep leveling up with empty levels in the class up to level 20.

This happens for mythic levels too.

This would have been a minor annoyance, but I got to act 5 where you select your final mythic path, and you can't click x to exit out on that one because it's not there, so the work around I was using doesn't work.

I tried respeccing, but respeccing doens't work either because that also doesn't give you the x to cancel out.

I have unity mod manager installed, and I had toybox installed, but I uninstalled toybox to try to fix this problem and it didn't go away.

Did you verify your local files after removing toybox?

I have this, apparently it's some kind of long loading times, you can use toybox and force the game to go to global map and your character level will be updated along with all your choice. For me it happened when i leveling up ember to lvl 15 and it only happened with ember while other characters is fine, you can't close the window, open the menu and the game seems freeze but as i mentioned use toybox to force party to global map will bypass this. Might be related to how i'm abusing toybox respec for cammila

Maybe that works maybe it doesn't, but I'm in Alushinyra / retaking Drezen trying to do that skips the dialog and stuff and mythic rank and continues with the story acting like I already did it.

Forcing a respec to another class than Living Grimoire Inquisitor seems to have fixed it actually... weird

Long while ago, but I recall having issues while having the mod manager installed, but not having toybox installed. Kinda gotta go all or nothing, and completely remove all traces of any mods, delete everything, and do a fresh install, or use toybox to compensate for issues.

The problem seems to be with the class Living Grimoire. I respecced to sage sorcerer fine, then respecced again back to Living Grimoire and it broke on level 2. (that's the class I was, so maybe it's a problem with being the class you were when the problem cropped up?)

Alright there's a workaround for this using toybox, whenever it happened (can't complete level up screen, pressing the arrow don't do nothing, you reverse back then the summary screen is blank) then open toybox to party tab, and press respec button (can be anyone or preferably any characters that don't bug out) then close the respec window and it will bypass this.
