Dragonblood shifter
The new level 20 dragon shifter form has some pretty cool effects beyond just having a dragonkind III form with 9 attacks. If you are neutral you get access to all of the dragon forms. The breath weapon ignores immunities and won't harm allies, but the save DC looks pretty low fyi. The good abilities are extremely strong. All effects are for 1d4+1 rd, just like the breath weapon cool down and can be applied again without a limit.

Good - bonus to allies hit by breath
Brass: extra attack per rd that stacks with haste and +10 speed
Bronze: +5 dodge bonus to ac
Copper: +5 natural armor bonus (stacks with barkskin)
Gold: heals allies for 16d8
Silver: +5 sacred bonus to attack and damage

Evil - all require enemy reflex save
Black: -5 penalty on attack rolls
Blue: -3 penalty on saving throws
Green: additional 16d8 damage each rd subject to resistance/immunity
Red: -5 penalty to ac
White: paralyzed and 20 points damage each Rd. Fortitude save to break free

The class still feels a little underwhelming until you hit level 20, thanks to the comically useless minor aspect abilities. It is still very strong and tanky though. I face tanked playful darkness on core at level 15.

I just wished Dragonblood Shifter would give us access to non-metal/chromatic dragon shapes. Jabberwock? Jabberwock!

This archetype is pretty all over (like 98% of other archetypes).

You are full BAB class (this implying, that you are martial) - but you won't get enough feats to be good martial.
You also don't get major form till 9 (and toughest part of the game is before 9).
You also only get Dragonkind III at 20, while Brown-Fur merc can transform you to it at 16 (and with higher STR, thanks to his ability).
Also 98% of your dragon breaths at 20 are centered towards supporting party. Your attacking breaths have low DC, so enemies will always save vs them. Full BAB support? Such irony...

You are better off as 6 Shifter (for Shifter's Fury) and 13 Mutation Warrior - for abundance of combat feats (so you can specialize and focus your 2d8 Bite to the maximum) and mutagen.

More than that - if you don't want to bother with Brown Fur merc, there are scrolls of Dragonkind III sold from Treasure of Midnight Isles vendor. Those have DC 29, so you need to pump Use Magic Device.

The nice thing about the breath bonus is that you can apply it to your party before every encounter if you want to. Of course there's always a better way to min/max something, but this class is still strong. It just needs the minor aspect to include some bonuses every 5 levels that actually benefit you to be more fun/interesting
