So Remove Sickness spell was buffed...
Funny how they sneak buffed this spell, not sure about everything this spell does now but at least you are immune to nausea effects now with it on, for the whole duration (which is pretty long), normally it should just supress it on cast and give a +4 morale bonus on saving throws against named effect but at last for nausea you are just flat immune, game doesnt tell you this and you will still see the nausea effect above your head but you can act as normal however

I know in Kingmaker, it made you immune. I thought it also made you immune early on in WotR. It did appear to not make you immune the last time I played through the game. Which I thought was odd.

It's been like that from the get-go.

I've been playiing this game since launch and Remove Sickness was always a foolproof way to avoid troubles with nauseated. It works as you described (+4 morale bonus to save) against actual diseases though - only Angel's ward spells can prevent those entirely.

What has changed since previous big patch is your own ability to make demons nauseated via Crusader's Edge - if character that casts it has Corruptor mythic ability, every melee char/pet buffed by them ignores demon's resistance (I'm aware of a bug that happened right after latest DLC launch and not talking about that rn).

hm, pretty sure it just suppressed the nausea effect on cast but afterwards had no effect, also the +4 bonus on the saving throw would not work against neither nausea, nor some illness effects, however there was a patch a few months ago where they said something was fixed but it def. was not like that from the start
