BROKEN QUEST: Blood Whispers Wenduag

I have Wenduag as a teammate, and Blood Whispers tells me to "Prevail in the Battle", which I have already done, many hours ago.. Nothing updated, and the quest wont advance.. I have come back to Savelmehks (spelling?) mansion, three times, i have spoken to Wenduag at my camp, and nothing changes.. Im to the point now where all I have remaining in Act 4, is to go meet with Nocticula..

What am I missing? I cannot find help anywhere online


Additional Notes
-Lann was killed in the Dual in the caves
-Wenduag is my romance option during this evil play through
-I do not use mods of any kind

This quest is definitely bugged.. I tried to leave on the airship, and the game tells me I still have companions quests that are incomplete.. During the fight with Wenduag, a bunch of enemies were running through a door that is inaccessible to the player.. Ive tried casting spells at it, and cannot get that to trigger anything..

Stuff like this is why I cannot give a good opinion of the game! This is unacceptable! Dozens of hours of progress, and the character I am romancing now has a broken questline!

Well this is great... Hope that I have a save from 10 hours prior, or bail on ANOTHER play through because of a broken questline..

3 days Ive been holding off playing, hoping for SOME help from a dev, or something..

Issue seems to be caused by several enemies glitching through a door that cannot be opened near the entrance of the fight area(they run out of bounds far enough to de aggro, so you lose combat status but can't advance the quest unless they die).

You have to install Toybox and press Kill all while you are still in fight.

When I noticed them run out of bounds, i turned on RTwP, and it seemed like they all came running back out.. Either way, I did this quest over 24 hours of game time earlier, and would lose an entire day of questing, if I go back several saves.

Where do you get toybox?

right now their prioritizing the final DLC content.... they mentioned they might do a small patch right before release.... but they intend to heavily focus on patching out bugs and such after the final DLC is released...

so just gotta have some patience....

others including myself have sent out bug reports for far longer timeframe.... like I sent one in January...

So Im abandoning another play through... This is extremely disheartening
