you can get away with getting you int to 11 or 12 but going higher means losing points that should be going elsewhere
Int 12 gives 1/2 skill point per level which is more or less useless. Int 14 is perfectly reasonable giving only a minor reduction in other abilities, it is not as though the Slayer has heavy attribute demands.
0.25 skill points per level per int can be useful depending on your build. Also there is the possibility of using the UMD trickster greater trick.
It will add an Int-Based Inquisitor.
Unless Owlcat changes a lot the Inquisitor — Living Grimoire should use intelligence as casting stat.
From here it would help if you picked the class & subtype and asked again if you need more ideas

for stats: you can have 4 16s on some races or 2 16s and 3 14s. The second option is about useless for most things but 4 16s could do a weird mix of frontloaded classes and be interesting.
