The optional boss in act 1 can be cheesed. Use slumber hex with ember and if it hits use coup de grace with a melee character. Save scum until it fails both saves. All other party members can just be held back out of range.
Nulkineth you can run in with your tank first and hold the other ones back a bit until he has cast mass hold person. Got past him on unfair with only Seelah getting hit by the spell.
This is my 5th unfair run now. The only encounter i "cheese" is Hosilla because i never figured out how to deal with her "fairly". So i just kite her around in real-time.
As for Nabasu, yes i mean the optional boss in act 1 in Kenabres. Come on, he doesnt deserve to be cheesed. You let him ambush your group like he should and then deal with him immersively. Its just his bad luck that i m always buffed with death ward and freedom of movement out of the blue for no reason.
The one positive thing I can say about having played unfair is that I am now doing a last azlanti core run and it feels like a calm and relaxing walk in the park. Enemies for the most part being completely harmless and unable to really do anything against me :)
